Vienna offers a very strong concentration of expertise in research in Security and Privacy and related areas. The Vienna Cybersecurity and Privacy Research Cluster (ViSP) is a joint initiative of AIT, Cybsersecurity Austria, IST Austria, SBA Research, TU Wien, and Universität Wien to strengthen the synergies and promote research excellence in this field.
